Before the walls rise and the doors open, there comes a moment when vision calls to visionaries. The Fandom House is extending that call now — to 100 remarkable businesses ready to stand at the foundation of something extraordinary. We are building more than an entertainment destination. We are building a movement of family, faith, and freedom — a place where American history, community values, and wholesome fun come together under one roof.
This first phase is not about blueprints or street addresses. It’s about belief — in goodness, in unity, in the kind of entertainment that uplifts hearts and strengthens homes. Our Foundational Sponsors will be those who see the bigger picture before it’s fully drawn — businesses that want their name associated with something timeless, patriotic, and family-centric. Companies that care about the same people we do: families, patriots, dreamers, and doers. Because some partnerships aren’t about location — they’re about legacy.
A Special Phase for a Special Kind of Person
Phase One will be the most challenging phase of The Fandom House journey — and that’s exactly why it’s the most important. We’re not showing people a finished park or a grand opening date. We’re inviting them to believe in a vision — to see what’s coming before it’s built. That takes faith, conviction, and courage. It’s not for everyone.
That’s why we’re only looking for the most dedicated, passionate salespeople — people who feel the excitement of this project in their bones. The kind who can see what this will become and speak about it with genuine enthusiasm. The kind of people who light up a room when they talk about family, freedom, and faith. If that’s you, you’re already part of something special. You’re not just selling sponsorships — you’re helping lay the foundation for a legacy. You’re the kind of rare individual who can see the unseen, and we can’t wait to build this dream together.

Phase Two is where The Fandom House starts coming to life — out in the open, in front of families, friends, and neighbors across Utah County. This is our Community Outreach Phase, where we focus on connecting hearts before construction. Through seasonal events — Christmas, Halloween, and Fourth of July celebrations — we’ll introduce ourselves to the public in fun, family-friendly ways that showcase who we are: a patriotic, wholesome, faith-based company bringing joy, unity, and community pride back into entertainment.
The goal is simple: to get as many people as possible in Utah County to know who we are, to believe in what we’re building, and to get excited about something they didn’t even know they needed — a place that feels like home, history, and hope all in one. The Brick Campaign Our hands-on fundraiser for this phase is the Brick Campaign — where members of the community can literally help build The Fandom House by purchasing engraved Brick for $250. Each Brick is a physical, permanent part of our walkways — a lasting symbol of community support and family legacy. Families, veterans, businesses, and local groups can all take pride in having their names or messages displayed forever as part of something beautiful, wholesome, and patriotic.
These donations will help us fund community events, outreach materials, and early project costs — while giving our supporters a tangible way to say, “We helped build this.” Your Role as a Salesperson Phase Two is all about connecting with people — families, parents, small business owners, teachers, and veterans who love America and want to be part of something uplifting.
This phase might not have the high-dollar sponsorships of Phase One, but it has bigger reach and easier sales. At just $250 per Brick, the price point is approachable, meaningful, and emotionally rewarding. You’ll be helping families join a cause they can see, touch, and believe in. You’re not just asking for donations — you’re giving people the chance to be part of a legacy of light, laughter, and liberty

With the foundation built and the community awakened, we enter the most critical stage of The Fandom House journey — Phase Three: Major Investors, Large Sponsors, and Donors. This is where the vision becomes reality. By this point, we’ve established trust, excitement, and proven community interest through our Foundational Sponsors and Brick Campaign. Now we have the credibility and momentum to approach major institutions, investors, and corporations who can help us take The Fandom House from dream to destination.
The Purpose of Phase Three
This phase is focused on securing the significant funding needed to purchase land, begin construction, and officially launch operations. We’re seeking partnerships with:
• Credit unions and community banks that value family and local growth
• Large corporations that support family-friendly and patriotic branding
• Private investors who believe in American enterprise and want a meaningful legacy project
• Philanthropic donors who want to give to something wholesome, community-focused, and enduring
These are not one-time contributors — they are builders, partners, and legacy holders.
Why They’ll Say Yes At this stage, we have what most startups and developments don’t — proof of people’s hearts. Through our Phase 1 and Phase 2 work, we can demonstrate:
• Public enthusiasm through Brick sales and community events
• Sponsor credibility from 100 foundational sponsors who believed early
• A clear, values-driven mission rooted in family, faith, and patriotism
When major investors see that kind of grassroots excitement, they recognize safety, strength, and community value. They see that The Fandom House isn’t just an entertainment venue — it’s a movement that already has a loyal base and a waiting audience.
